SENSE5 is a brand of neohertz GmbH (Seestrasse 18a, CH-8806 Bäch, Switzerland). The manufacturer and your contractual partner in this shop is ffount GmbH, Heumarkt 7, 96047 Bamberg, Germany. The scents are composed in Zurich, filled in Hamburg and refined in Bavaria. Full details are in our legal notice.

Do you ship to Austria?

Yes. We ship to Austria and every other EU country. Shipping costs €16.90 and takes 3–6 working days.

Do you ship to Switzerland?

Yes. Shipping to Switzerland costs approx. CHF 26 and takes 5–10 working days. Prices for Switzerland are shown without German VAT. We ship duty unpaid (DAP): customs duties and Swiss import VAT are due on delivery and collected by the carrier.

How much is shipping within Germany and how long does it take?

€5.90, free from €150. We ship from Bamberg within 1 working day; delivery takes 2–5 working days. Delivery to a Packstation is possible.

Can I return my order?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. Email us at hello@sense5.me or write to ffount GmbH. Returns go to our warehouse in Bamberg; you'll receive the address with our confirmation. You pay the return shipping unless the item is damaged or we sent the wrong one. Details are in our withdrawal policy.
