The giveaway is run via the TikTok channel @sense5.sauna. By taking part, you accept these terms and conditions of participation.

A.2 Entry period

The giveaway runs from

5 September 2026 to 5 October 2026, 11:59 pm (CEST)

Decisive is the time at which the interaction is received by TikTok's systems. Interactions received after the end of the entry period will not be taken into account.

A.3 Eligibility

Eligible to take part are natural persons who

• are at least 18 years of age,
• have their place of residence in the European Union or Switzerland,
• have a genuine, personal and publicly visible TikTok account that is operated in accordance with TikTok's terms of use, and
• complete all entry steps set out in A.4 within the entry period.

Employees of ffount GmbH and of affiliated companies, persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway and their respective relatives are excluded from participation.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entry via giveaway clubs, automated services, multiple accounts or fake accounts is excluded.

A.4 Entry and procedure

Entry is free of charge and not tied to a purchase or any other consideration. Only the usual connection costs of your internet access apply.

This is how you take part:

1. Follow the TikTok channel @sense5.sauna.
2. Like the giveaway video and leave a comment underneath it.
3. Share the video by direct message with a person of your choice.

Decisive for determining the entrants are the publicly visible interactions that we can verify (steps 1 and 2). We cannot technically track whether step 3 has been completed; it is to be understood as a recommendation and has no effect on the chance of winning.

Posts and comments that violate applicable law, the TikTok guidelines or public decency (in particular insulting, discriminatory, youth-endangering or infringing content) will not be taken into account and may be removed.

A.5 Prize

Among all eligible persons we will draw one overall prize for one winner, consisting of:

• 1 × SENSE5 Edition 0 Set with three premium sauna infusions and one Slow Steam Stone
• 1 × exclusive invitation to a SENSE5 Launch Event in Munich, Berlin or Zurich

Regarding the event invitation: The invitation covers exclusively the personal admission ticket to the event for the winner. It does not include, in particular, travel to and from the event, accommodation, catering or any other costs arising in connection with attending the event; these are borne by the winner. The city (Munich, Berlin or Zurich), the date and the specific format of the launch event are determined by us and will be communicated to the winner in good time before the event. There is no entitlement to a particular city, a particular date or a particular format. The invitation is personal and not transferable to third parties; an accompanying person is not included in the prize. If the event does not take place for reasons for which we are not responsible (e.g. cancellation or postponement), we reserve the right to offer an equivalent alternative date or to cancel the invitation without replacement, without any claims arising from this.

The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be paid out in cash. An exchange or a substitution by a different prize is excluded. We reserve the right to provide an equivalent replacement prize if the advertised prize is unavailable for reasons for which we are not responsible.

Any taxation of the prize is the responsibility of the winner.

A.6 Determination of the winner and notification

The winner is determined after the end of the entry period at random from among all eligible persons. The draw is not subject to review by entrants.

Notification is made exclusively by direct message via the official TikTok channel @sense5.sauna. In doing so, we will never ask you for passwords, payment data or credit card information and will never ask you to make a payment in order to receive the prize. Messages from other accounts are not an official prize notification — please do not respond to them.

To hand over the prize we need your name and delivery address. If the person notified does not respond with the required details within seven (7) days of the prize notification being sent, the claim to the prize lapses. In this case we reserve the right to draw a new person.

The Edition 0 Set is shipped free of charge within the European Union and to Switzerland, to the address stated by the winner. Any customs duties and import charges arising on delivery to Switzerland are borne by us. In the case of incorrect or incomplete address details there is no entitlement to a repeat shipment.

A.7 Exclusion from participation

We reserve the right to exclude from participation persons who violate these terms and conditions of participation, provide untrue information, use unfair means (e.g. bots, scripts, multiple accounts) or otherwise attempt to obtain an advantage for themselves or for third parties. A prize already granted may in such cases be withdrawn retrospectively and reclaimed.

A.8 Early termination and amendment

We reserve the right to cancel, interrupt or end the giveaway in whole or in part at any time, or to amend these terms and conditions of participation, where there is an objective reason — for example in the event of technical faults, attempts at manipulation, legal problems, or if proper implementation cannot be ensured for other reasons. No claims arise for entrants as a result.

A.9 No connection with TikTok

This giveaway has no connection with TikTok or TikTok Technology Limited and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by TikTok. All questions, comments and complaints regarding the giveaway are to be addressed exclusively to ffount GmbH, not to TikTok. TikTok is not available as a point of contact and is not liable for claims in connection with this giveaway.

The terms of use and privacy policies of TikTok Technology Limited apply in addition to the use of TikTok.

A.10 Data protection

The controller for the processing of personal data within the scope of this giveaway is ffount GmbH (contact details see A.1).

Which data we process. As part of your entry we process your TikTok username as well as the interactions you carry out publicly (like, comment, follow). From the winner we additionally process the name and delivery address as well as — for the guest list and admission to the launch event — a contact email address.

Purpose and legal basis. The processing takes place exclusively for running and handling the giveaway, in particular for determining the winner, for the notification and for handing over the prize. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (GDPR) (performance of the legal relationship arising from participation) as well as Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in a proper and manipulation-free implementation).

No advertising use. Your data will not be used for advertising purposes, and you will not be added to a newsletter distribution list. Participation in Giveaway A is not linked to any consent to advertising.

Recipients. For shipping the Edition 0 Set we transmit the name and delivery address to the commissioned transport company. No disclosure to third parties beyond this takes place.

Storage period. The data of entrants who do not win will be deleted once the giveaway has been concluded. The data of the winner will be stored until the prize handling has been fully completed and then deleted, unless retention obligations under commercial or tax law preclude this.

Your rights. You have the right to information (Art. 15 DSGVO), rectification (Art. 16 DSGVO), erasure (Art. 17 DSGVO), restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO) and data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO) as well as a right to object to processing based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Art. 21 DSGVO). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For all matters, please contact hello@sense5.me. Please note: an objection or an erasure of your data before the draw means that your entry can no longer be taken into account.

In addition, our general privacy policy applies.

A.11 Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body or health that is based on a breach of duty by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, as well as for damage based on intent or gross negligence, and in accordance with the provisions of the German Product Liability Act.

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes proper implementation possible in the first place and on whose observance entrants may regularly rely), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

We accept no liability for the availability and functionality of the TikTok platform, nor for technical faults, data loss or transmission errors outside our sphere of responsibility. We accept no liability for damage in connection with travel to and from the launch event or with the stay on site; our liability in this respect is limited to the proper provision of the ticket.

A.12 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the participating person has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partly invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The statutory rule takes the place of the invalid provision.

Giveaway B — “Edition 0 Newsletter Prize Draw”

B.2 Entry period

The giveaway runs from

5 September 2026 to 5 October 2026, 11:59 pm (CEST)

Decisive for timely entry is the point in time at which your confirmation of the newsletter sign-up (double opt-in, see B.4) reaches us — not the time of the initial sign-up. Please therefore confirm in good time. Confirmations received after the end of the entry period will not be taken into account.

B.3 Eligibility

Eligible to take part are natural persons who

• are at least 18 years of age,
• have their place of residence in the European Union or Switzerland, and
• have fully completed the entry described under B.4 within the entry period.

Employees of ffount GmbH and of affiliated companies, persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway and their respective relatives are excluded from participation.

Persons whose email address is already entered in our newsletter distribution list at the start of the entry period are not eligible to take part. Participation requires a new sign-up confirmed by the double opt-in procedure.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Decisive is the email address; multiple sign-ups by the same person using different addresses count as one entry. The use of disposable or single-use email addresses, automated services or scripts, and entry via giveaway clubs, is excluded.

B.4 Entry and procedure

Entry is free of charge and not tied to a purchase or any other payment. Only the usual connection costs of your internet access apply.

This is how you take part:

1. Enter your email address in the sign-up form on our giveaway page and confirm that you have taken note of the terms and conditions of participation.
2. You will then receive a confirmation email. Click the link it contains (double opt-in).
3. With the click on the confirmation link your entry is complete — you are in the draw.

B.5 Prize

Notification is made by email to the address you confirmed, sent from the address hello@sense5.me. In doing so, we will never ask you for passwords, payment data or credit card information and will never ask you to make a payment, fee or customs charge in order to receive the prize. Emails with other content or from other senders are not an official prize notification — please do not respond to them.

To hand over the prize we need your name and delivery address. If the person notified does not respond with the required details within seven (7) days of the prize notification being sent, the claim to the prize lapses. In this case we reserve the right to draw a new person. If in doubt, please also check your spam folder; we accept no warranty for the deliverability of the notification to the address you provided.

A prize already granted may in such cases be withdrawn retrospectively and reclaimed.

B.8 Early termination and amendment

We reserve the right to cancel, interrupt or end the giveaway in whole or in part at any time, or to amend these terms and conditions of participation, where there is an objective reason — for example in the event of technical faults, attempts at manipulation, legal problems, or if proper implementation cannot be ensured for other reasons. B.9 Data protection

Which data we process. As part of your entry we process your email address as well as the log data required as proof of consent (time of sign-up and confirmation, IP address). From the winner we additionally process the name and delivery address as well as — for the guest list and admission to the launch event — your contact details.

Purposes and legal bases. The processing takes place for two purposes that are to be kept separate:

• Running the giveaway (draw, notification, handing over the prize): the legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (performance of the legal relationship arising from participation) as well as Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in a proper and manipulation-free implementation).
• Sending the newsletter: the legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO in conjunction with § 7 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 UWG. The consent is logged in order to fulfil our duty of proof under Art. 7 Abs. 1 DSGVO.

Processor (Klaviyo). For sending our newsletter and the giveaway emails we use Klaviyo, a service of Klaviyo Inc., 125 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02110, USA. The data processing takes place partly in the USA; Klaviyo is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition. Klaviyo also evaluates whether and when emails are opened and which links are clicked in order to personalise content. You can find further information in our privacy policy.

Further recipients. For shipping the Edition 0 Set we transmit the name and delivery address to the commissioned transport company. No disclosure to third parties beyond this takes place. Your data is not sold or made available to third parties for their own advertising purposes.

Storage period. We store your email address for sending the newsletter until you withdraw your consent; proof data relating to the consent is retained for the duration of the statutory limitation periods. We delete the data collected for running the giveaway once the giveaway has been concluded; the data of the winner after complete handling, unless retention obligations under commercial or tax law preclude this.

Your rights. Insofar as we draw attention to this giveaway via social networks (in particular Instagram and TikTok), it has no connection with the respective platform operators, in particular not with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. or TikTok Technology Limited, and is neither sponsored nor endorsed or organised by them. Entry takes place exclusively via our website. All questions, comments and complaints are to be addressed exclusively to ffount GmbH.

B.11 Liability
