On this page you will find the Terms and Conditions of Participation for our current prize draws:
The two prize draws are independent of each other. For each of them, only the conditions of the respective section apply. You may take part in both prize draws.
Prize Draw A — “Edition 0 Pre-Launch” (Instagram)

The prize draw is run via the Instagram channel @sense5.sauna. By taking part, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
A.2 Participation Period
The prize draw begins when the prize draw post is published on @sense5.sauna and ends on
23 August 2026, 11:59 p.m. (CEST)
Decisive is the time at which the interaction is received by Instagram's systems. Interactions received after the end of the participation period will not be taken into account.
A.3 Eligibility to Participate
Eligible to participate are natural persons who
- have reached the age of 18 years,
- have their place of residence in the European Union,
- have a genuine, personal and publicly visible Instagram account that is operated in accordance with Instagram's terms of use, and
- complete all the participation steps set out under A.4 within the participation period.
Employees of ffount GmbH and affiliated companies, persons involved in the design and implementation of the prize draw, and their respective relatives are excluded from participation.
Each person may submit one entry only. Participation via prize draw agencies, automated services, multiple accounts or fake accounts is excluded.
A.4 Participation and Process
Participation is free of charge and not tied to a purchase or any other consideration. Only the usual connection costs of your internet access apply.
This is how you take part:
- Follow the Instagram channel @sense5.sauna.
- Like the prize draw post and leave a comment underneath it.
- Share the post by direct message with the person who would accompany you.
Decisive for determining the participants are the publicly visible interactions that we can verify (steps 1 and 2). We cannot technically track whether step 3 has been completed; it is to be understood as a recommendation and has no effect on the chance of winning.
Posts and comments that violate applicable law, the Instagram guidelines or public decency (in particular insulting, discriminatory, harmful to minors or infringing content) will not be taken into account and may be removed.
A.5 Prize
Among all eligible persons we draw one overall prize for one winner, consisting of:
- 1 × SENSE5 Edition 0 Set with three premium sauna infusions with Slow Steam Stone
- 1 × Spa Day for two people
About the Spa Day: The Spa Day is provided as a wellness voucher for two people with a value of up to 250 EUR. The specific facility is selected by us according to availability and in proximity to the winner's place of residence. There is no entitlement to a particular facility, a particular date or a particular scope of services. Not included in the prize are, in particular, travel to and from the venue, accommodation, meals and any other costs incurred on site. The voucher is to be redeemed by 31 December 2026 unless the voucher is expressly valid for longer on the part of the venue; the conditions of the respective voucher provider apply in addition.
The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be paid out in cash. An exchange or a replacement by another prize is excluded. We reserve the right to provide an equivalent substitute prize if the advertised prize is not available for reasons for which we are not responsible.
Any taxation of the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
A.6 Determination of the Winner and Notification
The winner is determined after the end of the participation period at random from among all eligible persons. The draw is not subject to review by participants.
Notification is given exclusively by direct message via the official Instagram channel @sense5.sauna. In doing so, we will never ask you for passwords, payment details or credit card information and will never ask you to make a payment in order to receive the prize. Messages from other accounts are not an official prize notification — please do not respond to them.
In order to hand over the prize, we need your name and delivery address. If the notified person does not respond with the required information within seven (7) days of the prize notification being sent, the claim to the prize lapses. In this case we reserve the right to draw a new person.
The Edition 0 Set is shipped free of charge within the European Union to the address provided by the winner. In the case of incorrect or incomplete address details, there is no entitlement to renewed shipment.
A.7 Exclusion from Participation
We reserve the right to exclude persons from participation who breach these Terms and Conditions of Participation, provide untrue information, use unfair means (e.g. bots, scripts, multiple accounts) or otherwise attempt to obtain an advantage for themselves or for third parties. A prize that has already been granted may in such cases be withdrawn and reclaimed retrospectively.
A.8 Early Termination and Amendment
We reserve the right to cancel, interrupt or end the prize draw in whole or in part at any time, or to amend these Terms and Conditions of Participation, where there is good cause — for example in the event of technical faults, attempts at manipulation, legal problems, or if proper conduct of the prize draw cannot be ensured for other reasons. No claims arise for participants as a result.
A.9 No Connection to Instagram / Meta
This prize draw has no connection to Instagram or Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram/Meta. All questions, comments and complaints regarding the prize draw are to be directed exclusively to ffount GmbH, not to Instagram/Meta. Instagram/Meta is not available as a contact and is not liable for claims in connection with this prize draw.
The terms of use and privacy policies of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. apply in addition to the use of Instagram.
A.10 Data Protection
The controller for the processing of personal data in connection with this prize draw is ffount GmbH (contact details see A.1).
Which data we process. As part of your participation we process your Instagram username as well as the interactions you carry out publicly (like, comment, follow). From the winner we additionally process the name and delivery address as well as — insofar as necessary for providing the wellness voucher — the postcode or place of residence.
Purpose and legal basis. The processing is carried out exclusively for conducting and handling the prize draw, in particular to determine the winner, to notify them and to hand over the prize. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the legal relationship established by participation) as well as Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in proper conduct free of manipulation).
No use for advertising. Your data will not be used for advertising purposes or added to a newsletter distribution list. Participation in Prize Draw A is not linked to any consent to advertising.
Recipients. In order to provide the wellness voucher, we pass on the data required for issuing it to the respective voucher provider. For the shipment of the Edition 0 Set we transmit the name and delivery address to the commissioned transport company. No disclosure to third parties beyond this takes place.
Storage period. The data of participants who do not win is deleted after the prize draw has been concluded. The winner's data is stored until the prize has been fully handed over and is deleted afterwards, unless retention obligations under commercial or tax law preclude this.
Your rights. You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) as well as a right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For all matters, please contact hello@sense5.me. Please note: an objection or an erasure of your data before the draw means that a participation can no longer be taken into account.
In addition, our general Privacy Policy applies.
A.11 Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body or health that is based on a breach of duty by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, as well as for damage based on intent or gross negligence, and in accordance with the provisions of the German Product Liability Act.
In the case of a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes proper conduct possible in the first place and on whose observance participants may regularly rely), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded.
We accept no liability for the availability and functionality of the Instagram platform or for technical faults, data losses or transmission errors outside our sphere of responsibility. For damage arising in connection with the use of the wellness voucher at the respective provider, that provider is solely liable; our liability is limited in this respect to the proper provision of the voucher.
A.12 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the participating person has their habitual residence remain unaffected by this.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The statutory provision takes the place of the invalid provision.
Prize Draw B — “Edition 0 Newsletter Draw”

The prize draw is conducted via our website. By taking part, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
B.2 Participation Period
The prize draw begins with the publication of the prize draw form on our website and ends on
23 August 2026, 11:59 p.m. (CEST)
Decisive for timely participation is the time at which your confirmation of the newsletter sign-up (double opt-in, see B.4) reaches us — not the time of the initial sign-up. Please therefore confirm in good time. Confirmations received after the end of the participation period will not be taken into account.
B.3 Eligibility to Participate
Eligible to participate are natural persons who
- have reached the age of 18 years,
- have their place of residence in the European Union, and
- have fully completed the participation described under B.4 within the participation period.
Employees of ffount GmbH and affiliated companies, persons involved in the design and implementation of the prize draw, and their respective relatives are excluded from participation.
Persons whose email address is already entered on our newsletter distribution list at the start of the participation period are not eligible to participate. Participation requires a new sign-up confirmed by the double opt-in procedure.
Each person may submit one entry only. The email address is decisive; multiple sign-ups by the same person with different addresses count as one entry. The use of disposable or single-use email addresses, automated services, scripts, or participation via prize draw agencies is excluded.
B.4 Participation and Process
Participation is free of charge and not tied to a purchase or any other payment. Only the usual connection costs of your internet access apply.
This is how you take part:
- Enter your email address in the sign-up form on our prize draw page and confirm that you have taken note of the Terms and Conditions of Participation.
- You will then receive a confirmation email. Click on the link it contains (double opt-in).
- With the click on the confirmation link your participation is complete — you are in the draw.
Important — connection between participation and the newsletter: Participation in this prize draw requires that you sign up for our newsletter and thereby consent to receiving promotional emails. The SENSE5 newsletter informs you about products, rituals, offers, promotions and news relating to SENSE5.
This consent is voluntary: you decide for yourself whether the chance of winning is worth receiving our newsletter. Your email address remains on the newsletter distribution list even after the end of the prize draw until you unsubscribe. You can withdraw your consent at any time and without giving reasons — via the unsubscribe link at the end of every email or by message to hello@sense5.me. The withdrawal applies for the future; the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point remains unaffected.
Please note: if you unsubscribe from the newsletter before the draw, your participation in the prize draw also lapses. After the draw you can unsubscribe at any time without this affecting a prize claim that has already arisen.
B.5 Prize

Emails with other content or from other senders are not an official prize notification — please do not respond to them.
In order to hand over the prize, we need your name and delivery address. If the notified person does not respond with the required information within seven (7) days of the prize notification being sent, the claim to the prize lapses. In this case we reserve the right to draw a new person. If in doubt, please also check your spam folder; we accept no guarantee for the deliverability of the notification to the address you provided.
The Edition 0 Set is shipped free of charge within the European Union to the address provided by the winner. In the case of incorrect or incomplete address details, there is no entitlement to renewed shipment.
B.7 Exclusion from Participation
We reserve the right to exclude persons from participation who breach these Terms and Conditions of Participation, provide untrue information, use other people's email addresses without authorisation, use unfair means (e.g. bots, scripts, bulk sign-ups, disposable addresses) or otherwise attempt to obtain an advantage for themselves or for third parties. A prize that has already been granted may in such cases be withdrawn and reclaimed retrospectively.
B.8 Early Termination and Amendment
We reserve the right to cancel, interrupt or end the prize draw in whole or in part at any time, or to amend these Terms and Conditions of Participation, where there is good cause — for example in the event of technical faults, attempts at manipulation, legal problems, or if proper conduct of the prize draw cannot be ensured for other reasons. B.9 Data Protection
The controller for the processing of personal data in connection with this prize draw is ffount GmbH (contact details see B.1).
Which data we process. As part of your participation we process your email address as well as the log data required to prove your consent (time of sign-up and confirmation, IP address). From the winner we additionally process the name and delivery address.
Purposes and legal bases. The processing is carried out for two purposes that are to be kept separate from each other:
- Conduct of the prize draw (draw, notification, handover of the prize): the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the legal relationship established by participation) as well as Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in proper conduct free of manipulation).
- Sending the newsletter: the legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) no. 2 UWG (German Act Against Unfair Competition). The consent is logged in order to fulfil our obligation of proof under Art. 7(1) GDPR.
Processor (Klaviyo). For sending our newsletter and the prize draw emails we use Klaviyo, a service of Klaviyo Inc., 125 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02110, USA. The data processing takes place partly in the USA; Klaviyo is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and EU standard contractual clauses are in place in addition. Klaviyo also evaluates whether and when emails are opened and which links are clicked in order to personalise content. You can find further information in our Privacy Policy.
Other recipients. For the shipment of the Edition 0 Set we transmit the name and delivery address to the commissioned transport company. No disclosure to third parties beyond this takes place. Your data is not sold or made available to third parties for their own advertising purposes.
Storage period. We store your email address for sending the newsletter until you withdraw your consent; proof data relating to the consent is retained for the duration of the statutory limitation periods. We delete the data collected for conducting the prize draw once the prize draw has been concluded; the winner's data after complete handling, unless retention obligations under commercial or tax law preclude this.
Your rights. You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), a right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR) as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR). B.10 Promotion via Social Networks
Insofar as we draw attention to this prize draw via social networks (in particular Instagram), it has no connection to the respective platform operators, in particular not to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., and is neither sponsored nor supported or organised by them. Participation takes place exclusively via our website. All questions, comments and complaints are to be directed exclusively to ffount GmbH.
B.11 Liability
